I really appreciate the real-person technical support from QuickBooks. Their technical support agents are always very patient, helpful, and professional to help me resolve my questions and guide me through step by step. My previous companies use other accounting software providers, always time very long to wait for an answer and bad attitude. I just joined this company a month ago and they are using QuickBooks, I feel comfortable to seek help from them as they never judge.
