Unfortunately the support assistant didn't have the required knowledge to understand or help with my query. He went off line a couple of times - resumably to ask someone else then he sent me some instructions around the topic - like dealing with a chat bot ! I basically worked it out myself - would not have been very helpful if I was less experienced.
