I've been a quickbooks customer for years and have just tried to get in touch about an error in their system with sending my receipt emails which are suddenly getting bounced despite no changes in my system. I tried the faq's - nothing. I tried the live chat - got disconnected with no response from the representative at all. Then I tried calling, spoke to the useless robot for 5mins before repeating 'speak to human speak to human speak to human' like an insane person. I then waited on hold for 20mins and they just hung up... how do you expect your customers to stick around when you treat long standing ones like this??
