Horrible to get in touch with. They just send you around in circles by linking you to different live chat forms to saying they will be able to help. Spoiler alert, they won't be able to help. Over the course of 5 days I spent a total of 6 hours and 43 minutes in live chats and phone calls (I counted) until I reached the right 'department'. Even then the support was atrocious, asking me the same questions over and over again and having to place me on hold repeatedly to confirm with seniors at the company if they had permission to take basic actions.
