Used quickbooks for years over 5 years and just found out that my staff pensions having been fully syncing to Nest pension for years, now need to feed information manually. The latest issue is with quickbooks and HMRC. My payroll has stopped syncing with HMRC, being trying to resolve this for nearly a month and they have just told me they are still looking at the issues with no resolution date focasted. You have to speak to different agents and start process again rather than your case being dedicated to one or two agents, it's rather frustrating and time consuming. Any one out there recommend a better more responsive payroll system as its time for me to move to a better provider, I am desperate.
