I have a problem with QB online advanced payroll. Customer service online chat used to help. Chat Agent completely out of their depth offering solutions that I know would create more work and not resolve the problem.The agent said they would escalate the problem, she may well have done but nobody came back to me.A week later I requested a call back. This duly happened but agent unable to help. I asked why no one had contacted me from the escalated team - no answer.The agent gave me the email address to raise a complaint. 1 week on, no acknowledgement no reply.What sort of company purports to have your solution to accounting process and does not have a competent customer service and indeed lets customers just hang there.This is an indictment of offer everything and give nothing.
