Despite explaining my situation, I was told no refund would be issued—even though I made a genuine effort and barely engaged with the service.What’s more frustrating is that I wasn’t given a chance to speak with a real manager, just referred to a policy. For a service centered around learning and support, this felt cold and rigid. I’m left feeling disappointed and unsupported.Be cautious before committing to a subscription—Preply does not seem flexible if things don’t work out.
