No communication, no clarity, and no way to know what was going on.After escalating the issue, it was resolved within a few hours, and I appreciate that. But the problem is how it had to be resolved: not through support channels doing their job, but through pressure and persistence.Preply has the potential to be a great platform for tutors. But clearer, more respectful communication, especially when it comes to something as important as earnings, is absolutely essential.We're not just user profiles. We're professionals. Please treat us like it.
