I had a free session to meet with the tutor of my choice. After which, I had a week's worth of French lessons. Margueritte, is great at teaching! She is very patient and took the time to check-in with me on what/how I felt the lessons were going. There were some technical problems at the beginning of the last lesson, but I used the chat to contact a customer service agent, Juan, who immediately helped clear up the problem and kept the chat open so I could find out about any compensation for the 1/2 hour we lost. And, it was credited! Overall, so far, it's been I great experience. I would recommend you give Preply a try.
