June 23, this an Update about the complaint that was written below on Jun 21after their reply to go back to the customer services after more than 30 minutes between 2 agents they finally retrieved and returned the classes back. Thank you Preply for understanding but the policy of the 28 day of expiration is unfair and not necessary. in fact I left a feed back suggestion for this matter.
