I have had a great experience with Preply. I have the best tutor, Agnes Niba from Cameroon. She is a wonderful teacher, so helpful and friendly. One thing I didn't understand with Preply is that you must schedule lessons before the date your subscription renews. When I counted up the lessons I had recorded on my calendar I realized that it was fewer than the lessons I had been charged for. I contacted Preply by chat and they immediately restored 6 lessons to my account. It was easy to reschedule the lessons. This was ver rewarding for me. Thanks to Ahmed who chatted with me to help get this sorted out.
