Ordered a PS5 and extra controller on the 28th November via the Store. As a PS plus member, I should have got "express" 2 day delivery. The order is still on "being processed" 3 days later. No way to cancel order and "chat" does not work despite it saying the wait is 10 mins. They have until next week to sort it before I go to my creditcard company and do a charge back.
