DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PSN - EVER!!!If you have ps4 or ps5, only get your games on cds. If you purchase anything from PSN by accident, or if its a faulty product you bought online form them, you can FORGET ABOUT A REFUND! - the only way to get your money back is via CHAT ROOM THAT NEVER EVER WORKS!!! NO PHONE, NO EMAIL, NO CONTACT OR A POSSIBILITY FOR A REFUND WHATS SO EVER!!! IT'S A SCUM!!! I can not believe Sony is able to get away with just brazenly ignoring their customers and their 14 days return policy. PS5 is the last console I bought from them - I'll rather switch to PC or Xbox.
