I bought a product as a gift. I thought I was setting up an account to allow me to purchase the item and then share the product with the intended recipient, but I was wrong now have a playstation account, when I don't have a console, with a download for a game assigned to my account which I can't share.I've repeatedly tried to request a refund, but the website only allows contact through a chatbot and then tells me I need to speak to person and there is NEVER anyone availableNo phone number available, no other method to communicate. Would never recommend.Pathetic
