I canceled my subscription for my PS4 and they still took the money out not knowing until several days later I attempted to call them between 5:00 and 10 times and when I finally got through two times to an agent they kept hanging up on me. The bot kept putting me back into a hundred and some people in front of me. The point is I don't even have a PS4 and they've made me pay for a subscription and will not credit it back to me or answer the phone or return a message. All the people that work there obviously read from a script and say the same thing over and over and then they hang up on you or close the chat. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'd never buy a Sony item ever after this. So basically I'm paying for a subscription that I don't use and that I've canceled. And now that it's 14 days past the time because they don't answer their phones or their chats they're telling me it doesn't matter and they hang up on me anyways. Pathetic horrible customer service.
