I have two PSN accounts and both can not be logged in for some unknown reason! on the website it says unable to establish a connection to the web server but I'm 100% sure the reason is not that! and when you want to contact support for this stupid issue, a robot comes up that doesn't even understand a word other than the question it asked! what the hell is this!
