Leigh Ward came to our property on a Track and Trace request from a Severn Trent engineer. Leigh was very professional in his approach to the problem and his communication with us. Throughout his search he kept us constantly informed, explaining what he was doing and why. We set him something of a challenge and the standard procedure of Severn Trent did not assist in finding the location of the stop tap. Leigh was very good in taking a broader view of the problem and the steps needed to solve it. As a result he was successful in achieving a solution. He went 'over and above' and thought 'outside the box' and we are very grateful to him. Leigh was very polite, courteous and patient throughout and is an excellent asset to Severn Trent.
