The resolution centre and customer service they both deserve zero stars. I chose PayPal as I trusted I will give me security from the scammers. My recent experience proved I was wrong. I purchased the product and instead of what I ordered I received the cheap imitiation that was absolutely did not meet the specification. I tried to open the case but instead PayPal resolution centre suggested that I should contact the seller first. The seller response time was very poor and they gave me evasive responses. I opened the case which was closed due to the fact that I opened it 30 days after the delivery date. I sent all proof of my corresponedence with the seller and although I followed PayPal instruction to contact the seller first my case was closed in the seller favour because I followed PayPal instruction. Well done. Another experience was similar when I was tricked by the seller who asked me to close the case so they can give me the refund and then stopped responding. I was not protected anymore as I closed the case and I could not re-open it. The PayPal customer protection seems to be non-existing
