I cancelled two subscriptions last year. Paypal is still taking my money even though the subscriptions are cancelled (12 months for one company and 6 months for the other. There system does not allow you to adequately inform them of the type of problem. It leaves you with the conclusion that thay know they will receive funds for services not rendered.
