As another reviewer has said, Paypal is a complete mess. I have just been trying for an hour to pay for something but even though I have access to my telephone and email, Paypal are unable to confirm my ID!!!!! I know someone who has had their account taken down FOR NO REASON so they went over to Remitly and have a much better exchange rate.
