I looked to PayPal to help me resolve an issue with Living Social as I had mistakenly bought a product I did not need. Initially I tried to contact Living social directly which at first proved to be impossible. so I turned to Pay Pal to reverse the transaction. they quickly adopted the dispute and contacted Living Social - all good I thought. However, they came back finding in Living Social's favour and despite me explaining how I had been duped into the incorrect purchase, they would not tackle Living Social. I have always used Pay Pal because I thought I would have added consumer protection. Beware because this is not the case.
