Bought leather bracelet with charm on Xmas eve.Leather detached from silver clasp within 4 weeks.Charm lost and bracelet now useless.Returned to Bolton store and refused offer of replacement. Instead spent £20 extra to purchase solid silver bracelet.Asked if any discount available to purchase new charm from them only to be told not policy to replace items even though they accepted the bracelet was at fault.Very very poor customer service.Written to their customer care but after reading other reviews do not expect any satisfaction.Simple request ignored by them..simple response from me....Will NEVER return and will make sure my opinion is shared with everyone I know..
