Went to buy a gift. Staff completely ignored me even when I asked for help! Terrible service. At first I thought it was because I had my kids with me but when other came in with their kids they got served! So I told my kids 'our money isn't wanted here and let's go' loud enough for the staff to hear causing one to run over to offer help which I replied not to bother since I've been in store for 20 minutes and asked for help and all you lot did was give me dirty looks. But thanks to your stuck up staff, I've gone to swaroski and found something even better and cheaper! A stunning bracelet for the price of one £30 charm!
