I brought a bracelet in July 2019 in Baker St London for £45. I paid cash and had receipt emailed to me. In December 2019 the bracelet broke. I went through all my emails but could not find receipt. I went to store in Worcester, was told they would not refund or repair it. Eventually they agreed to exchange, but only gave me £25 back and charged me another £20 for a new one. The reason for this they said was it had been in sale the colour of leather had been discontinued so I had to pay again to replace with another colour. I've had purchased in excess of a £1000 on 2 bracelets and charms and was very disappointed in the service and advice I received.
