Offer not honored

I made a cart for a necklace on Monday, December 6 and on December 10 I made the online purchase to pick up at the store. In the pickup I saw an offer for a bracelet with the purchase of $150 or more on the days of December 9-13, which indicates that I qualified for the offer. I asked for it and the girl indicated that it would be sent to me by mail. Now it turns out that they will not honor the offer because it was not included in the cart. No, it was not, I made the cart december 6 but I made the purchase on december 10 for $160. Customer service just told me I should have refreshed the cart before the purchase. A joke!!!! Thank God this is a gift, I would never ever buy from Pandora again, no matter what.
