I purchased over 50 charms and noticed that I haven’t worn the bracelet in over a year after taking the bracelets out of the box, I noticed that they are very tarnished. I contact customer service, and explain to them that some of the time for purchasing others were gifted to me, when my grandmother passed away. Not only am I disappointed at Pandora being such a billion corporation and refusing to assist me. Unless I have the receipt which doesn’t make any sense to me because if it’s a gift, most people don’t give you the receipt and let us a gift receipt which I did not receive at the funeral.
