I got a pandora bracelet which kept opening a I lost charms so I went to the shop and was advised to buy a safety chain which I did but that kept opening when I went back I was advised to buy a charm with a stopper in it and was told that the chain wasn’t great for that bracelet so I brought the other charm which than fell off and I lost it I emailed pandora and was told because I had other charms on my bracelet that weren’t pandora it compromised my bracelet which I crap don’t buy pandora it’s a waste of money and the customer service in the shop is horrible staff are not friendly are helpful Do BUY PANDORA it’s a rip off
