Assistant Manager Ipswich Store was rude. My husband purchased a ring & some charms from another store on Thursday afternoon 21st November 2024 for our anniversary. The ring did not fit, I live in Ipswich so I went to Pandora Ipswich, served by young lady (new), the other person on the counter came to assist called our file up and then looked at the ring said there is a scratch, didnt point it out, went out the back took a while, then came back and said there is a scratch, got out another ring to show me, I said I couldn't not see any scratch, she said there is very rudely. Who it was bought for must have scratched it, I said that I am the person and I have not worn it because it does not fit my finger. So I dont appreciate being called a liar. She said she cannot resell and I said well it was bought for me in that condition! The entire time she spoke rudely once she new it was an exchange.
