I made a Mother’s Day online order. Part of their promotion was spend $75 and get a free $110 bracelet. My order never arrived. Then I was sent a refund on my credit card for the order which I never asked to be refunded. The carrier simply took it back to pandora. I still want my order but Pandora refuse to honour their offer of the complimentary bracelet. It makes zero sense. The own the inventory. They simply could resend my original order including the bracelet but they refuse. This is a bait and switch and false advertising. Very disappointing customer experience.
