Recieved a 50" for Christmas. With in a few months, picture stopped working. Called support and was contacted by repair company sent by panasonic. This was in mid -April. FSR with panasonic stated that part was back ordered and I had to wait to recieve part. If part was not available by May 27th, I was due a refund. It is now July 1st and still TV is not repaired, and refund has not been given. This TV was under warranty. Panasonic has been unhelpful and after several months still has not resolved my issue. I had to buy a new TV. This time we bought a Phillips. I will NEVER purchase a panasonic again and will make sure all my family and friends know how poorly we have been treated.
