Bought a pair of headphones over a month of ago. Apparently, they went out of stock and I was never notified. I call CS and request a refund. They said nothing they can do. I request management. They have some excuse on why she's busy. Repeat 12 times. Terrible company. Never buying another Panasonic product again.
