Dangerous over-confidence,Bill Gates may be rich but that's not why I respect him. No person is too rich to self-destruct. The degree of frustration that outlook mail is dishing out to customers cannot be properly evaluated even by the 1.2 rating that the currently enjoy on this most reliable and respected platform - TRUSTPILOT. It's obvious Gate no more has time for his outlook mail and the likes, even the least oversight duties over his" supervisors"; he couldn't care less. Nevertheless, Gate is sure familiar with the doctrine of vicarious liability. The world knows Bill gate for diligence but today things have changed. It's now over 2weeks outlook mail locked me out and are literally compelling me to buy into their Microsoft 365 as the only viable option to unlock it. What happened: I mixed up my password a couple of times under a terrible internet network condition and that was all.Their Claims: That they noticed some activities(unnamed) with my account which breach their terms of service. 2) To make sure my account is protected that I should sign in afresh. I attempted that 3 times without successes; that was unusual. I decided to click "forgot password". I followed it through but without success. Trying it again, I noticed my account has been locked till now. There's nothing I have not done. The two-step-verification was employed but outlook said that they have problem verifying with accounts phone numbers in the meantime. They then requested that I send in my Microsoft authenticator token which I did and my account remain locked. The most painful feeling is the continuous offering of ms 365 upgrade at a serious fee as the only solution that can unlock it and again the exaggerated overconfidence of the customer care that warn that the calls you are making to them is entirely at your own expense. I still need help to unlock my email account though; I'm trapped in the middle of very important business correspondences and documents. The system operating in outlook is not customer-sensitive.
