This is the second time I'm buying from otto.
I don't have any problems with otto i would have given "five stars" for otto but the problem is the delivery, i think the people who deliver our orders are a bit lazy because
when they bring the item and don't see your name on the door instead of them to
call and ask they will rather send it back and when you track to see where your order is, they will write that the costomer refused to accept the order.
