A horrible service. I ordered a TV and on their website, it shows that the TV should be delivered on the 4th of December, but it is not delivered, and today is the 5th of December.I called their customer care, they are telling me that my item is with Hermes, and it's their mistake that we show the wrong data. I don't know who is Hermes, I ordered the item from them, and expect professional service from them, not from Hermes, which name I heard first from them.A junk company. They are not fast in delivery as they promise. They just cheat.
