Placed an order for well over €9000 euros. Was supposed to be in yesterday, but I did not receive any email updates on it being shipped. I cannot see any information regarding my order in my account because I’m not German and apparently they block it if you’re a non-German EU citizen. After calling 5 times, messaging their WhatsApp 9 times and emailing them, I get an email saying “I’m sorry, we can’t send your order. Thank you for understanding that we cannot give you a reason for this”. What the f? I’ve been trying to contact them the past 3 days to ask them for my money back. When I call, they put me on hold forever, when I mail, I get no response. If I don’t hear within the next day where my €9000 went I am going to sue you.
