We bought a dishwasher, and delivery was planned within the agreed deadline. The problem is that it was never clear what the extra services of taking our old machine and installation would be like. On the website, even within the customer environment, there is clearly written free installation, but we did not understand when the installation would take place. We called to clarify the doubt, and we were very misunderstood. The person insisted that no installation would be done, and as much as we tried to repeat what was written for us, the attendant concluded the call saying that she had already answered. OTTO's website never made it clear what was going to happen, nor was the customer service able to clarify us. On delivery no installation was carried out. We felt partially deceived by OTTO.
