0/10 Very poor customer service and handling, full of secrets and opaqueness. They don't want to approach the customer with a problem, rather wait for the customer to make countless emails and calls.I ordered an LED from Otto and the status never changed. Otto markets next day delivery but it was not the case for me. Only when I emailed and called them (countless times), I was told that there are some issues in security clearance or something due to which they need my passport, ID, City Registration. (I was told, that apparently this usually and often happens with students but I am told now, that it has nothing to do with me being a student and happens when the account information is not correct?) I sent the required documents as requested.Even after many exchanges, an Otto representative told me that they can't say for sure when the order can get delivered. After I started asking questions the representative simply said that your item is (conveniently) no longer available so consider your order cancelled. I don't understand why it took Otto almost a week to figure all this out. The representative also couldn't tell me why this happened in the first place as the representative was "not allowed" to tell it to customer.Also I was told that similar incident has happened many times before as well, so I don't think me writing this review will have any impact. I think everyone should think twice before ordering.EDIT: There is also a 'security protocol' for such cases that doesn't let customer know on portal that the order is cancelled, leaving the customer in the dark. My order got cancelled the day I made it and cancellation was confirmed to me only personally after 6 days.
