they failed to meet the delivery time twice out of two

I ordered from Otto.de two times. In both cases they postponed the delivery in the originally expected delivery time (two times I stayed home in vain). Today I received my second order. Although the delivery time was between 13.45 and 17.45, they arrived at 13.10. It was just a luck that I just arrived home in the moment, when the Hermes guy arrived with my goods. The service, what Hermes provides is under-quality. I never order from Otto.de again.
