Delivered a week late, reimbursed & rechargedMy order with OTTO was first processed beyond the estimated delivery time stated at the point of sale, even though the funds were withdrawn immediately upon ordering. The order was delivered a week late and I immediately began the return processes. They've oddly enough reimbursed me for the order and have again withdrawn the money from my bank account.While OTTO was clearly on vacation, I ordered from Amazon and it arrived as expected within the stated timeframe at the point of sale. I even ordered from amazon after ordering from OTTO and it arrived before the order from OTTO, and I personally hate amazon, but why go through the trouble with OTTO?
