Thsi the worst customer service. Why would I purposefuly cancel a free membership? My 2 free months promotion was canceled since I stopped my previous subscription. I stopped my subcription since I thought this promotion would cover me for the following two weeks and then I am notified that I lost the 2 free months and there is nothing more to do. Talked with customer service chat and trust and safety email for 1 month going back and forth providing screenshots and information leading to no result. Eceptionally frustrating.
