I am not rating the product but the customer service and the lack of respect that they have for their customers.I bought an Oculus Quest set directly on their website. It took me a while that my address would be accepted. I've never had any issue with my address before, a well know address in Dublin 1.The nightmare starts when anytime I check the tracking number in YODEL, which is the company they used for delivery, I see day after day the same message indicating that my parcel could not be collected today. Then after a few calls to YODEL and some investigation I find out that the company delivering the package is in fact FASTWAY and this company does not even have a phone and does not reply to my emails.Well, you may think that contacting Oculus support should help here, right? At the end of the day, I have bought the set from them and already paid a lot of money for this, so they should contact YODEL or FASTWAY or whoever to find out what's going on and take any action, but not, Oculus support is probably the worst customer support I have ever seen. Not only they do nothing and tell you to wait but they dare to tell you that they cannot offer you a refund until you receive your Oculus!! and... why should I want a refund if I receive the Oculus. The reason I would like a refund is precisely because I have not received something I have already paid for.Incredible as it sounds but true... I have been waiting for my Oculus for more than 3 weeks and counting...My advise, do not buy anything from them. If you want your Oculus buy it from Amazon or somewhere else, I am sure that it is not possible to be treated with less respect anywhere else.
