I'd like to give zero stars only. Very very poor customer service. First of all the VR bril came without any retour label. It took me a while to find out the right link to the FAQ's how to send back the product. I followed the steps answered several product questions in order to receive return labels. Then I got a full questionnaire by mail that I need to fill in before I receive return labels. They make it so complicated to return the product. Still I received no return labels - Never ever had such a terrible customer service. Poor! I expect return labels to be sent with the product and otherwise the invoice number should be enough info to provide them. It can't be that I need to fill in endless questionnaires to receive a simple return lable. Never ever again I will buy at this shop!EDIT: Forgot to update, finally finally I managed to send back the product with the right returnlabel that I received by mail from Oculus. Also the payment came back to my bank account after sending back the product. Still the procedure to send back the item was quite difficult and not customer friendly.. Therefor 3 stars...
