Please stay away from this company and there VR,s. We have the dreaded Black screen my son has done everything they asked him to do. They finally agreed that he could send it back but wouldn’t tell him where to send it. I messaged them they asked for all this info which I gave them. Contacted them again a week later as heard nothing got told the ticket closed as I had not replied in time. Told them I did reply sent a copy of the email without the receipt so had to send that again to the email the man sent. Just got a reply this morning saying that it needs more investigation in to the problem. So I have a £399 VR sitting in my living room floor not working. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM SOME ONE ELSE
