Customer services are bad

I had a Nokia 1.3 and there was problems from the start. Dropping calls, sometimes when I called someone it cut it off etc. I got in touch with customer services which were about as much use as s chocolate fireguard. I got that cheesed off I went to the top and e-mailed them and explained everything and there conclusion it was a faulty phone. So they sent me out a Nokia 3.4 out if the goodness of there heart. Don't get me wrong I am over the moon with the phone, but because the Nokia phone I have is part of the android one project I should be getting security updates each month. I have not had one since March. I know of serious security flaws were hackers can get into a phone with a flaw in the Snapdragon modem and other security flaws that can allow hackers to get into your phone. When ever I get into Nokia's useless customer service they always blame the different operators and where you live in the world. Sorry it's an unlocked phone, so the security updates are coming from Nokia direct.
