Wow unbelievable so bad it does not even deserve a rating they want to use email and the like but for non techies and mobile newbies like me who are not technical I simply do not understand the answers(as I do not even think they understand the questions and they certainly do not know the answers) even their customer satisfaction survey is a farce they ask the question on their "survey" Based on your interaction with Nokia mobile care, how happy are you with our support?the possible answers on a five point scale are from Not at all likely to extremely likely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Alistair
