If I could give lower, I would. The XR21 is supposed to be waterproof (up to 1 hours etc) but here I am sending the phone off to be repaired for water damage to the screen despite there being no cracks or chips. I was told sending the phone off for repair would take no more than 2 weeks in total. I am currently at day 15 and still waiting for the phone to be repaired only to be told it has arrived at the warehouse but is not yet being repaired.
