Purchased two add on Star Wars skins for Minecraft they wouldn’t work as we had the newer version of Minecraft not the older / I never realised there was two versions nor was there any obvious warning of “check compatibility” asked for refund my god the information they wanted! Name address account number DOB purchase reference I even sent a screen shot of receipt. Came back with a very long winded reply asking for more information and explaining that I had purchased the skins for the old version of Minecraft which has now been replaced. Some theory they should not be selling those skins or at least put a warning. My son was very disappointed after reading, the long email I saw a sentence which said however I could escalate my request for a refund to their review team who could be contacted at blah blah blah. I have more pleasure deleting the four emails then wasting more of my time in this day and age, there should not be this kind of process , to request a refund as a consumer I am more than entitled to get my money back for a game if it doesn’t work well they should stop selling the ones that are not compatible anymore. Really frustrated.
