Won't accept return that was DOA
I ordered a brand new motherboard that was sent to me DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Now, when trying to return it, Newegg is refusing the return because the Motherboard is dead. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
