Ordered a cell phone. It arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately the phone was set to only work in Mexico. Newegg was very good about issuing a Return Authorization. No hassles there. After they got the phone back it took 2 days before they sent a replacement. For some reason it was going to take 9 days to reach me. Don't know why. It was damaged enroute so I never did see it. Took a few more days but Newegg did authorize a refund. So I'm familiar with their return/refund procedures. Unfortunately.
