They're okay if you use Newegg as the seller but it is easy to end up dealing with another vender and many of the Chinese vendors are shady. In my most recent order I ended up with two Chinese vendors selling and shipping my merchandise. A motherboard I ordered was a different version than what I ordered so I returned it but was charged a restocking fee even though I received a different version motherboard than what I had ordered and it didn't have US instructions, it had Chinese instructions. I had also ordered thermal paste and realized later that I was dealing with a Chinese vendor who charged me $3 for the thermal paste and over $9 for shipping. After 2 weeks, I figured that the thermal paste wasn't coming so I ordered a tube and this time made sure it was sold and shipped by Newegg. I received this order but also received this paste from China a week later. I requested to return it and was denied so I'm stuck with this tube I thought was lost in the mail and being charged $9 in shipping. I'm not sure if I will buy from Newegg again. I'm a longtime customer but it is too easy to end up dealing with Chinese vendors. When ordering products sold and shipped by Newegg, I haven't had a problem but it seems to be harder and harder to insure you are buying something sold and shipped by Newegg.
